Delete a form or survey
Please note that this action is not reversible. Once you delete the form, you cannot put it back. Deleting the form will also delete the data (records) and dataset (analytics).
Only the form's Administrator(s) can delete it.
To delete a form:
- Click "Custom forms" in the main menu (left)
- Click the form you wish to delete
- In the form menu (top right), Click "More" and click "Delete.
If there is data in your form that is linked to another form or used to calculate an indicator, LogAlto will inform you. If that is the case and you still wish to delete, you must first remove these dependencies.
