Clone (duplicate) a form

You can clone your form by clicking on the “Clone” option in the top menu of your form. This will create a new version of your form, which will be the same as the previous version and renamed with the title of your form + V2. The records will not be copied, only the structure of the form. 

You can use the Clone option to use certain custom forms as templates for your organization.
