Refresh dataset (if data is not up to date)

Refresh the dataset (if data is not up to date)

If data was just added, the dataset may need to be updated.

If that is the case, you can refresh it by clicking the "refresh" icon below the report's title.

On the right side of the screen, you will see

This message will be displayed as long as the dataset still needs to be updated.

The refresh can take two minutes or more, depending on the updated data. If your dataset still has not been updated, contact us at support@logalto.com or via the Chat tool in the Help section (and provide the URL to the report in the message so we can better help you).
