Log in the mobile app

To use the LogAlto mobile app for the first time, your device must be connected to the internet. Once logged in, the app will sync available forms to your device, allowing you to use them offline.

Steps to log-in

• LogAlto URL: This is the unique address for your organization's platform (e.g., yourorganization.logalto.com ).

• Username (Email): Use the same email you use for the LogAlto web application
• Password: Enter the password associated with your LogAlto account.

After logging in with an internet connection, the app will download the available forms to your device. Once this is done, you can use these forms offline.

You can change the language after signing in by adjusting the settings within the app. This is distinct from changing the language for a specific form or survey.
