Log in the mobile app

Login

The first time you log in, your device will need to be connected to the Internet. You will be able to use the application asynchronously (offline) once you have logged in and as soon as all available forms have been synchronized.



Identify yourself

To identify yourself, you must enter:

  • A LogAlto URL: This url is the identification of your platform (example: the name of your organization).

  • A username (email)
  • A password

Make sure there are no spaces before or after each entry!


Your user name and password are the same as for the LogAlto web application. Your user account must have been previously created in the LogAlto web application.

If you do not currently have a user account, please contact your administrator.

Language

To change the language, you must first sign in and change the language in your app..
