Consult available forms or surveys

Once you login to your mobile app, all the available forms should appear on the first page as shown below:

Each form displays the following information: 

• The Title of the form 
• The Total number of records 
• The number of drafted, submitted, and synced records

To access the forms, simply click on the title and you see the records.
