Reset password

It happens to the best of us. Sometimes, you forget the password required for logging in to your LogAlto system.

How to reset your password

1. Open the LogAlto login page:
   
   1. If it is the first time you are logging in, simply click the "Login" button in your welcome email
   2. In general, you would enter the URL in the address bar of the browser (this would be something like https://orgName.logalto.com )
      
      
2. Click the "forgot password" link below the login form
   
   
3. Enter your email address
4. Click "Send"
5. Check your email for further instructions
