Import indicator values via Excel

You can import your indicator values using Excel. This allows you to update several indicators at the same time, for a specific period or for several periods at once.

To use this feature, you must first go to the "Data entry" section of the logframe, click on the "Import" button and select the "Generate data entry template" option.

Values must be entered in the corresponding period. For the moment, values can only be entered in the Progress column. Below is an example of a disaggregated indicator Number of animals rescued, disaggregated by species.

You must enter the values in the beige boxes (color code: FFF2CC), and the system will automatically calculate the white boxes (which represent totals and accumulated values).

Import limitations :

At present, qualitative indicators cannot be imported via Excel.

For indicators with combined disaggregations, there is a maximum of two combined disaggregations for Excel import.
