Re-order items in the logframe

It is possible to drag and drop items in the Logframe in order to change their order. 

You can't change the level of an item, so for example if you have created an Output, it must always be below an Outcome, but you can change which Outcome it goes under. 

In the image above, output 1.2 and it's indicators and activity will swap place with output 1.1 and its own indicators and activities.
