We've identified a bug in versions 20240402 and 20240403 of the mobile application that may result in data loss when opening records created in earlier versions.
We've already implemented a fix in the latest version. We strongly encourage you to update to the newest version (20240501) at your earliest convenience to ensure the safety of your data. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation.
