View the different values entered for an indicator (history and charts)

Show all recorded values and comments 

From the data entry page of the logical framework, you can view all the values that have been entered for a specific indicator by clicking on the History button (clock icon).

A sidebar will open displaying the values entered for this indicator, including dates and notes, if applicable. 

You can click on each indicator to see the disaggregated values. 

Generate charts

By clicking on the chart icon corresponding to an indicator, you can display the value and its progress over time.

You can produce different charts: 

If your indicator is disaggregated, you can also plot the evolution of the value over time in the same way: 

Edit a chart 

Once produced, the chart can be modified through the Analysis module.

The function allows you to adjust it according to your needs: for example, you could display the quarter instead of the years, or display the data in a pie chart, etc. 

To modify your chart, simply click on the “ Edit ” button located above the chart.

Export (download) a chart

You can also export the chart in .jpg or .png format. 

To do this, simply click on the “ Export ” button located above the chart.
