Share a web link to a form (FormAlto)
Share forms with URL
It is possible to share forms without needing to give access to LogAlto.
This is useful if you wish to for example send the form via email or text message.
In the Form's menu:
- Click "Share"
- Click "Create the link"
Copy your URL to share it with others (by email or other) with those who need to fill out the form.The records they create will be automatically saved in LogAlto.
Customize a personal message
In LogAlto, users have the ability to share a personalized message after the form is submit. To do so:
Write your message in the filed underneath the Form URL
The Confirmation message title would be the principle text, while the Confirmation message description is the sub-text as shown below
