Reviewing records
Reviewing records
When a form is shared, and a user or group of users is given reviewer rights, the form's records can be reviewed. A reviewed record signals that the information is correct and locks the record from being edited.

Reviewing records in a form
A status column becomes visible when a reviewer is assigned to a form. A record can have the following status:
- Draft
- Ready for review
- Reviewed

Reviewing multiple records at once
It is possible to change the status of several records at the same time.
To do so, you must first select the records using the checkboxes on the left side of the table. You can either:
- Select records one by one, or
- Select all records across all pages.
These options allow reviewers to quickly update the status of multiple records instead of editing them individually.
If you apply filters and select all records, the action will only apply to the records that match the applied filters. The same applies to the Delete selection option.

Activating and deactivating form review
This feature is activated when users have reviewer access to the form. Removing this access deactivates this functionality.
