Track the record creation times
Tracking a record entry time per enumerator
This feature allows you to track a record entry time for data quality assurance and to support supervisors in identifying enumerators' struggles and performances.
When the enumerator has filled out a record, you can see the start and end times with the duration by adding the record columns in a form.

This option is enabled for all forms under the Custom Forms module.
View record entry time in the form
- Click on Custom Form module from the main menu
- Select the form you want to review the record entry time
- Click on the drop-down arrow from the header's form
- Select Columns from the drop-down menu
- Search and add the record columns
- Record filling duration
- Record filling start time
- Record filling end time
Record columns explanation
Columns | Description |
---|---|
Record filling duration | Total time for the record to be filled out by the enumerator |
Record filling start time | Start time set in GMT+0 |
Record filling end time | End time set in GMT+0 |

Limitations
The import template does not include these new fields, record filling duration, and start time. and end time.
If previous records for a form or survey have an entry time to be imported into LogAlto, the workflow will add these as a Text field.
