Modify a form or survey

In order to modify a form you need to have Administrator access to it. Either you are the person who created the form, or the person who created it has shared it with you giving you Administrator access. 

In order to edit a form, first you must access it, by clicking on the Custom forms menu and then on the specific form you wish to edit. Then click in the "Fields & Sections" option. 

To edit the name or description of your form click on the pencil icon next to the form's title. 

If your form already has records: you can change the name of existing fields or add new fields. 

If your form does not have any records yet then you can make any changes, such as deleting fields, changing the display field, etc.
